These are terms for using the website. The terms of any painting work we carry out for you are set out separately in the written quote and scope of works we provide, and those documents take precedence over anything on this page.
Information on this site
We publish information about our services, past projects, materials and processes in good faith and take care to keep it accurate and current. It is general information only. It is not advice about your particular property, and it does not take account of the condition of your surfaces, your substrate, your building's construction or any applicable regulations.
Any prices, ranges, timeframes or square-metre figures shown are indicative guidance to help you plan. They are not an offer and they are not a quote.
Enquiries and quotes
Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a contract. It is a request for us to contact you.
A quote becomes binding only when we have issued it to you in writing, after inspecting or assessing the work, and you have accepted it in writing. Until then, nothing on this site or in preliminary correspondence commits either of us.
Written quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. Where work outside the agreed scope becomes necessary — for example, substrate damage that is only visible once preparation begins — we will tell you before proceeding and agree any variation with you.
Files you send us
If you upload photographs, drawings or plans, you confirm that you are entitled to share them with us and that doing so does not breach anyone else's rights. We use them solely to understand and quote your project. Please do not send us confidential documents through the website.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the content of this site — text, photographs, layout, graphics and code — belongs to Mousi Pty Ltd or is used with permission. You may view it, and print or download extracts for your own personal or internal business use in considering our services.
You may not republish, sell, licence, systematically copy or scrape this content, or use it to train an automated system, without our written permission. Trade marks and product names of others appear on this site for identification only and remain the property of their owners.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site in any way that is unlawful, or that damages, disables or interferes with it or with anyone else's use of it.
